Luxy

On this Thursday, Denny, Edward and I went to a pub named Luxy, where it was located in the East of Taipei City. It held a dance party at that night. One reason I went there was for the dance performance, another reason was for drinking. I drank a bottle of beer and two cups of wine, and I felt an ecstasy of house music. My heart beat harder and harer and my body got hot. I saw many people that danced on the floor,some were dance teacher and they were legens in Taiwan that thier performances were excellent. But there were few girl, that surely made me disappointed. This was my first time to pub, it was fantastic and I love the atmosphere there.

A Tourist Day

I just got home, a few minutes ago. And I want to post what I did on Saturday, now. In the Saturday morning, I thought it was a boring day again. But when I was after my breakfast, preparing to go to library, my friend phoned me who also called Max with majoring in Chemical. He invited me to go to Tou Cheng and there was a delicious snack nearby Station, which was called 蔥油餅 in Chinese. After that we went to beach where was famous for surfing, and certainly there were a lot of tourists. Some girls wore bikini with hot body and little childred played sand. We stayed for an hour, later, we moved to YuanShan via Yilan, where we could enjoy cold spring there. Then we decided to leave to LuoDong night market to take a walk and eat dinner. Two hours later, he said he wanted to head to SuAo, it was surely crazy but I liked.  We did nothing but chatted there. Then we backed LuoDong again to play games. When I got home, it was already 1:00 am. That's all for today.

A Barbecue Restaurant

On Thursday, when the class was finished, we prepared for a barbecue night. We waited till the six o'clock came in the evening, then we start to the barbecue restaurant that it is a little far from Yilan city.

 I like the restaurant. First, you can eat for very long in the restaurant that you can eat for almost 8 hours, on the contrast, other normal barbecue restaurants always limit your time to eat for 3 hours. Second, it provides you with beer as much as you want that you just pay only 50 dollars for the tax. Third, it includes a lot of  food ingredients.

However there are also some disadvantages. First, the food ingredients is not very fresh and not very elaborate. Second, the restaurant can't be quite because everybody is always chatting and chatting. Third, the dessert  is not good.

If you like to barbecue and chat you can take your friends to this restaurant. All of the dished you must take by yourself just as buffet. At last, the price is 299 for a adult, 249 for a child, but each table must add 100 for clean taxes, and if you want to drink beer you must pay more 50 dollars but you can drink to death.

Why Can Only Study Prevent Us From Poverty?

Today, Mr. Fox was depressed in this morning, because some students didn't do well in their homeworks what they should do for their responsibilities. Maybe I knew what he felt at that time, maybe it was true that most of us had lost our goal.

Howerver, I was wondering why only study can prevent us from poverty, why I could't chose the way I want to. Maybe I want to be a singer, maybe I want to be a actor, maybe I want to be a sailor. But when I was young my parents always said "you should be a doctor", or "you should be a lawyer". When I choose the way I want, they would feed back with opposition by saying "that is not good for you in the future", yet only their own good. Maybe once I had had a dream. But the dream has vanished now.  Maybe I would like to change once, but it is too late. Maybe all of you are right but we can't accept. Nevertheless, I agree a point and I swear to myself, too. I want to be a richman.

Rock Climbing

I have been trained to rock climbing for two months, and 2 hours once a week in the P.E.. I felt my muscle had gotten stronger than before. Actually, I loved rock climbing, for it was a challenge and a powerful sport to strengthen my body.

However, I don't like my P.E. class is too huge that fifty students are trained in a small room. I measure the room is about 2.5m wides and 20m lenths. When we do rock climbling we must do by turns, which it really wastes time. In addtition, when I or my friends rock climb, there are always some students chatter behind us. And that, sometimes, makes me distractive and unpleasure. I should score at them, and said "shut your mouth up".

A birthday party

Today is Edward’s birthday. We plan it for two weeks. We prepare many interesting games and activities for his birthday party and we also bought a big cake for him. We get up early and go to check the place of the party to make sure everything is fine. But the main role seems a little slow. We almost wait him five hours but he doesn’t show up. We cancel the activities in the afternoon. We only eat the cake when he back Ilan. He feels sorry about that and he apologizes to us many times. But this is not all his fault; he was stuck in a traffic jam. We still have a wonderful day. Happy birthday to Edward!

Anger

Everyone has anger, all man will have. To me, I will anger when I am forced to do something I do not like. I think nobody like, too. On Thursday, I was angry not because the Professor embarrassed me in front of the classmates, instead he foreced me to join the side that I wouldn't like to when we were playing the game. If I were not doing what he said, he would fail me, I know it was a bad joke. But it really pissed me off. Fortunately, I were still under control that I didn't leave right away. And I did what he said with anger, I couldn't deny that I were not angry, even though my parents did that to me I would anger, too. However, the Professor apologized to me after the bell rang.
I am not angry anymore now. I post this blog just for I want to say something.

Garden State

Today, we finished a movie "Garden State", which was romantic and funny. And I like it. First, I like all of the music that they play pretty in this movie, and the collocation is exellent. The song "Don't panic" is the one that almost move my heart with the singer's voice and the melody. Second, I like the story that talk about friendship, family, and love. I know it is hard, also the treasure, to meet a friend that he can understand what you feel and he can do anything for you. Family is a marvelous and complex organization, it is fate that we live and forgive together. It should not exist enmity and contrast. Third, I like the life in the movie that describe what we may do in our age, such as taking drug, having a all-nigh party, and getting drunk.
But, it can give me a warning not to do those thing. It's unmeaningful and hurt your body. In the end, I think it is important to treasure all the thing that you still have.

Spring Vacation

The spring vacation come on  first April, there are 5 holidays in our university. However, according to other universities, it is too less that there are at least holidays for one week in them. And I remembered that last years I had one week holidays, I had enough time to go home to accompany my parents. But I am concerned this time of holidays is shorter than last, and I decide not to go home; instead, I get to prepare my mid-term exam. When my mother asked whether I will go home this vacation, I answered "no". I felt a little sorrow that I can' t accompany my parents. Yet, I will do when Ｍother's day comes, I promise.

A Terrible Thing Happened to My Friend

I heard news from my classmate that the building he lives had a fire accident. In the first place, I though the house was burning so that he would have no place to stay. Strangely, I didn’t see the sadness or nervousness appeared on his face. He looked as normal as before, even a little happy. I asked him what happened; he said his neighbors who lived in third floor burned the garbage bucket because they didn’t snuff out the cigarette. Wow! How stupid they were, I thought.


In the last chatting, we talked a lot of the bad habits which neighbors have, and how important that we should live with people who are familiar. For instance, the neighbor of my classmate would singing loudly and play rock n’ roll music in midnight. That made him hard to fall asleep. Otherwise, the guys live next my classmate who always download files on the internet, and it slowdown everyone’s internet speed.

If we live with someone familiar like classmates or friends, those problems may be solved easily. Our life will become better and more interesting, too. So we decided that we will find a nice place and call other good friends to live together next year.

C'est La Vie

This Tuesday, one of my best friends that we have recognized for 8 years came to visit me. I was glad and excited that I could be a tour guide in Yilan. He arrived in Yilan at 8 p.m. without eating dinner, then I decided to take him to Luo Dong night market where was full of Yilan tradition snacks, like soup with mutton, hot round powder packet, and stinky tofu.

After finished the dinner, we went to enjoy hot spring in Jiaosi where are famous for its feature. There were many hotel of hot spring, we picked one that one of  my  elder classroomates recommended. The hotel would give you a room to enjoy, and a room of double  would cost you 150 dollars for 40 minutes to ues.
It was excellent that stayed in hot spring in cold day, and then your tiredness would vanish. We talked much about recent day life, while we were enjoying. This is life.

Pingxi

Last Thursday(on 4th March), I went to Pingxi for sightseeing, on the other hand, to fly Kongming Lantern (hot air ballon).

Pingxi is a place where it's located at deep mountain in Taipei. It took me about 2 hours to be there from Yilan by mortocycle. After I ride on the roads, I had to emphasize those roads were dangerous and narrow. Anyway do not try, if you are not matering at riding mortocycle.

I were attacted by the history of Pingxi and Kongming Lantern. Pingxi used to be famous for a  town that produced coal and where the hot air ballon came from. It is said that you write your wishes on the Lantern, when the air ballon flies high and smooth, your wishes would come true.

Winter Vacation

It has been a long time that I do not renew my blog for two months. Obviously, I still do not take writing my blog into a habit. Anyway, let's talk about my winter vacation.

It was for a month at this winter vacation. At first, I found a part-time job, a waiter, to fill my boring time, and I felt fruitful. Though, it was substantial, but I missed my family much. It lasted two weeks that I woked there. Then, I quited , and went home to accompany my parents, to prepare the Chinese New Year. At last I bought a poor watch for a gift to myself; but, why is it poor? Because two weeks later, I dropped it on the floor by mistake, when I put it on, it was broken that the minute hand of the watch can't move.

Hello! 2010

Happy New Year, it's already 2010 and I'm worried. Because, after 2 years, 2012 is coming then the world will end. God, help me, help me, I don't want to die. Oh, I'm just telling a joke.

Let's get down to business. This year, I had a new experience for celebrating the New Year's Eve, which I celebrated the Eve with my friends of university in front of the Taipei 101. What's the differentce? Because, in past 19 years, I always accompanied my family at home when new year's eve came.

On 31 December 2009, we took bus to Taipei excitedly after we finished Tim's class. We got Taipei at 5:30 P.M., and we went for dinner. Then, we arrived at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, waiting for firecrackers.

5, 4, 3, 2, 1....! The firecrackers in Taipei 101 let off , and the Taipei 101 as giant and shiny as building in paradise. It was truely beautiful that flashed into my mind when it was staying in front of me, what I saw just on TV before. I am happy that I have this experience, but I still have a little sorrow I can't accompany my parents at that night.
